Jay is a software developer working on bond-trading and natural language processing systems. He is an organizer for PechaKucha Night Asheville and the Asheville Coders League and enjoys dry humor and the awkward perfection of introversion.
MEGAN MARTELL & ODYSSEY COMMUNITY SCHOOL
Megan McCarter Martell is a teacher, a writer, and the Director of Programs at Odyssey School. Her work, as an educator, a leader, and a citizen, is focused on fostering compassionate communication, solution-oriented thinking, and authenticity.
Kate Kelleher is a Speech Language Pathologist currently working in geriatrics in Black Mountain. Her work experience includes the school system, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home health and outpatient care. She graduated from Appalachian State University for her bachelors and masters degree. She currently lives and has been living in Asheville for 4 years.
Jasper is one half of NineBar Creative, a small design creative in Asheville focusing on web, graphic, and small-scale industrial design.

Building on 20 years of nonprofit experience, Chris has served as the Asheville Design Center’s Executive Director since 2009. Chris is an attorney with degrees from the University of Connecticut School of Law and Yale University and is also an organizer for PechaKucha Night Asheville
